RopeFlow values your privacy. This app is designed to keep your training data on your device unless you explicitly use sharing features.
What We Collect
- Jump-rope workout metrics you generate in the app, such as jump count, duration, cadence (BPM), and estimated calories.
- Optional Apple Health workout records when you grant Health permissions.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not operate a backend account system for personal profile data.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run third-party advertising SDK tracking in the app.
How Data Is Used
- Local workout history and progress visualization.
- Optional write/read with Apple Health when authorized by you.
- Optional Watch to iPhone synchronization for workout continuity.
Data Storage
- Training records are stored locally on your device.
- Watch synchronization payloads are stored in an app group container for device-to-device transfer within your Apple ecosystem.
Your Choices
- You can revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
- You can clear app data by uninstalling the app or removing local records in future in-app data tools.
